I just realized that my 9 days has moved into day 13 and I'm loving it! Today is Sunday, and I think I'll declare this a day off, unless I just can't help myself from throwing away.
I have got to connect with Angeles Arrien to find out more about this amazing practice. She's given me a fabulous gift and I've never even met her!
